How often do we meet? What is the monthly meeting?
DesignSide is built for effective perpetual motion. The best part? No regular meetings necessary – just brief as much as you like and we'll work through your tasks on a queue basis, returning one brief every few days. If you need help production planning we also offer a monthly 30 minute session to offer expertise in organising for best results.
What does "unlimited" mean?
Good question and important to be precise. Once you sign up to DesignSide you can start briefing on the trello platform straight away. These briefs are then worked through continuously one-by-one.
In our instance "unlimited" means "quick, constant, rolling and endless."
Do you offer refunds?
We don't. But if you're unsatisfied with any output, please resupply it with feedback and we'll keep changing it until you're satisfied.
Remember, you can cancel anytime and wont be charged beyond the current billing cycle.
Can you write our copy?
At DesignSide we're completely design dedicated. But we can make recommendations to other specialist agencies and freelancers in almost any area.
How big is your team?
You might be surprised to learn it's very small! We keep it that way to maintain high quality standards and streamline processes. Our founder, Jordan, will be your direct point of contact and oversees all work.
What about the costs of software / assets / rights etc?
Creative tools and assets all included in price. Zero hassle. Good right?
This includes figma, adobe creative suite and istock imagery.
For web publishing we will help set you up with a webflow account.
So that you have full control and ownership, urls and site-plans are not covered by DesignSide.
Can I brief absolutely anything?
Anything to design yes. If there's a large task being done in an inefficient order. We will consult on a linear approach in our monthly planning session to break it down for best result.
